The purpose of this application is to access the cutoff notes from the Employment Exchange of the Andalusian Health Service through our smartphone, being able to save the most frequent queries without having to fill in all the search data each time you want to check them, in addition to verifying them all at once.

Furthermore, this application allows for a reduction in data usage from our data plans by over 1000% compared to querying the official website. This application is UNOFFICIAL, although it relies on it to obtain all cutoff notes from affiliated centers. In other words, the information shown is the same as the official one and updated in real-time.

How to use the application:

• In the top left corner, the menu button will appear to select the sections:

CONSULTATION: Initially, to save the desired center's cutoff notes, you must switch to the Consultation section. To view a note, you must first select the criteria to check the cutoff note.

• There are 3 mandatory parameters: Type of Bond, Access System, and Center/Category.
• Additionally, there are 4 optional filters to find the desired center/category more quickly: Personnel Type, Province, Center, and Category.

1. Select first the Type of Bond and Access System.
2. Then search for the center and click on it to expand all existing categories at that center or use optional filters to improve your search. The list only shows the first 48 centers that meet the criteria, so using one of the optional filters will be necessary to validate your search.
3. Click on the category you want information about, and a window will appear with the official SAS cutoff note data. You can click on the "save favorite" button to save the search.

FAVORITES: Once you have stored any favorites, this section will be accessed automatically when starting the application with the latest entered values. It will list all these favorites with the following values:

• Cutoff Note (and in parentheses, the difference between the number of appointments made and appointments since their reset). Additionally, if the last contract given was a part-time contract, JP legend appears in purple.
• Also, on the same line, it will show when the note was last updated.
• The query parameters will appear on the next line. Type of bond (Short Duration SD or Long Duration LD), Access System (Internal Promotion IP, Open Shift OS, or Disabled Reserve DR), and finally the center and category.
• Lastly, on the last line, it will display a total number of appointments made in a year, up-to-date date and last-called date from the Exchange. When this date is today’s date, it will appear in purple.

You can use the "+" button to access options about favorites, and by clicking on a favorite, a menu for it will appear.

HIRINGS: You can search by category for centers where hirings have been made on today's date with note type, contract type, bond type, etc...

JT CALCULATOR: In this section, you can calculate hours to be worked according to contract days, reduction, and number of nights. Remember to read considerations for accurate data.

OPE SAS CALCULATOR: In this section, you can calculate your final score in your 2016 OPE exam based on your correct and incorrect answers in theoretical and practical parts.

LICENSES AND PERMITS: In this section, you can search for official information regarding SAS licenses and permits types, meanings, requirements, etc...

GERHONTE EVENTS: In this section, you can search for meanings of events in Gerhonte's spreadsheets.
